We are ERAM

The conglomerate at a glance

ERAM Holdings is a privately held, multi-vertical business group headquartered in Saudi Arabia, with regional offices in India and the UAE and operations across sixteen countries in Asia and Europe.

We started our journey in the early 1990s and have since grown into a conglomerate spanning nine distinct verticals, from human capital management and healthcare to automotive dealerships, travel management, education, and IT.

What ties the verticals together is not the sectors they serve but the way they serve them: with technical depth, operational discipline, and the kind of long-term client relationships that only get built one project at a time.

We are a preferred business partner for many of the largest energy, infrastructure, and industrial clients in the GCC, and our companies are ISO-certified across the standards that matter in the markets we operate in. Above all, we are a people-driven organisation, twelve thousand strong and sixty-six nationalities deep.

From the Chairman

What we mean when we say "on the rise."

When we started in the 1990s, we were a small team with a single client and a simple promise: do the work properly, and the rest will follow. Three decades later, that promise is still the only thing running this company.

What's changed is the scale. The group now spans nine business verticals, employs more than twelve thousand people from sixty-six nationalities, and operates from over a hundred and twenty offices across sixteen countries. We've had the privilege of working on some of the most ambitious projects of our generation, including NEOM, the Red Sea Project, Expo 2020, and COP-28, alongside long-standing partnerships with Aramco, ADNOC, and SABIC.

None of that happened by accident, and none of it happened alone. It happened because the people inside this organisation chose to take the work seriously. That is the only competitive advantage we've ever really had.

The next chapter is about depth, not breadth. Strengthening the businesses that already lead their markets. Building new revenue streams in adjacent sectors. Embedding ESG principles into how every vertical operates. And, most of all, investing in the people who make this conglomerate the sum of more than its verticals.

We are not in the business of promising. We are in the business of delivering quietly, repeatedly, for decades.

Vision

Our vision

Mission

Five pillars that guide how we operate

Five operating principles that translate strategy into daily decisions across all our businesses.

M.01

Build a culture of ownership.

Foster responsibility, teamwork, and excellence in everything we do, and reward the people who live it.

M.02

Earn customer trust, repeatedly.

Meet expectations the first time. Exceed them the second. Be the partner clients call without thinking.

M.03

Stay technically sharp.

Invest in talent and proven technologies so the work stays relevant, competitive, and worth paying for.

M.04

Refuse to compromise on safety.

Maintain the highest standards of quality, health, and safety across every site, every shift, every project.

M.05

Make innovation the default.

Cultivate a culture where high performance and new ideas are the rule, not the exception.
